Before joining, he worked with multinational firms and companies such Mazars, RSM Astute , Xander Funds (PE ) etc.

Patre is a Chartered Accountant having over 10 years experience in various fields of accounting, taxation and management consultancy. He is associated with the firm from inception. His areas of expertise are Corporate tax, Individual taxation, International taxation, accounting, and consultancy services in statutory and tax matters. He also represents various clients before regulatory authorities for income tax assessments. Before starting practice, Patre has gained nearly 7 years immense industrial experience while working with Thomson, Accenture and other renowned multinational companies. He has articled with M/s. S. Krishnaswamy & Co, one of the oldest Chartered Accountant firm in Bangalore.

Raghavendra qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 10 years of experience in servicing large multinational clients in the areas of Audit, advisory and business process risk consulting. Raghavendra leads the firm’s Audit Services practice area and in this capacity he has been providing attest and business advisory services to clients in various industries. He has worked with multinational accounting firms including big 4 accounting firm. He holds expertise in assurance services such as Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Systems and Management Audit and Bank Audits. Before starting the practice he was employed with Grant Thornton, Big 5 global consultancy Firm, Price Waterhouse, Big 4 Accounting Firm and Singhvi Dev & Unni, Chartered Accountant Firm, Bangalore. Raghavendra was President of Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association, second oldest Association in India. Raghavendra is a Law graduate and qualified Inform System Auditor from ICAI
